WOW, What a way to end FIESTA!

VIVA FIESTA!!!!!!

We went to the night parade together on Saturday. This is our yearly family/friends outing. We usually order about 75 tickets so everyone can have a great view of the parade and have fun. It's so much fun, can you tell I had a great time?

My cousins and I threw lots and lots of confetti all over the place. (One day we might just get a bill from the city for clean-up.) Here I was trying to catch some of the extra with my hat. Who needs confetti eggs anyway.

Thanks, Uncle Mario...you're da man!!!!! We wouldn't have this much fun without all the confetti you collect for us.

I made the online Fiesta slide show section of our local paper. Uncle Mario, Aunt Margo, cousins Lauren and Karyssa are in it too. It just wouldn't be Fiesta without some of us coming out in the local paper....only in San Antonio. It's our yearly goal ......spread lots of confetti and wait for the local reporter to come by. He/she will stop and "admire" your work and take lots of pictures. They take lots of pictures, but not all of them make the paper. We're good with that, as long as one of them does.. lol

Well, I have to run now. I'm on my way to a birthday party @ the newly remodeled Kiddie Park. I can't wait to get there..

Have a great week and VIVA FIESTA.

WOW, What A Trip!!!

It's official....Flat Dylly was vacationing in BELIZE.

Location Facts: Formerly British Honduras), it's a country in Central America. Belize has a diverse society, composed of many cultures and speaking many languages. Although Kriol and Spanish are spoken among the population, Belize is the only country in Central America where English is the official language. It's bordered by Mexico to the north, Guatemala to the south and west, and the Caribbean Sea to the east.

Was your guess correct?
He tells me he was having such a great time he just forgot to send pictures sooner. Likely story - don't you think?

I did get a call tonight to tell me he's finally on his way back to SA. It's about time...after all, he got back to Houston "last" week.

If you look closely, it seems he was having some really bad hair days. I can relate to that....I have those often myself......lol

When he called he told me Belize was a fun place to just relax and enjoy the sun.

He said he spent his days relaxing on the beach. Some days he had to stay behind at the hotel and rest. After all, he really didn't pack very well for this trip. His clothes were limited. We have lots to learn about traveling. He said there was good food, the locals were nice and lots to see....what more could you ask for. (Besides, he went for FREE!)

Thanks, for being such good sports Uncle Steven/Aunt Veronica . You're the BEST!

Okay, my friends....hope you enjoyed Flat's 1st adventure....stay tuned, there are many more trips coming this summer.

Houston - We Have A "Flat" Problem

Flat Dylly arrived in Houston for a quick visit with Uncle Steven/Aunt Veronica. He'll be staying there......just chillin' ...till the end of the week.

They tell me Flat arrived a little out of sorts. Those guys at USPS charge big bucks and don't do a very good job. They have the nerve to complain about having their work days cut.....I can see why. It's no wonder everyone likes to use email...faster and safer for these lil' Flat guys.

Friday is the big day to leave for the first destination. They've invited Flat Dylly to go along and of course I said "you betcha".

Don't you just love their flowers...my uncle just needed a woman's touch to make his home so pretty....good job Aunt Veronica. Just click on the picture to get a better look at Flat Dylly. He's right there with Uncle Steven. Isn't he cute... talking about Flat of course.

Be sure to check back next week to see where their headed. All I can say is... it should be fun.
